As a high school agriscience teacher, he has spent years shaping the next generation of agricultural leaders, offering students both classroom education and practical exposure to cattle management, genetics, and sustainable practices.

In addition to teaching, Bartlett is a seasoned AI technician who works closely with producers across Alabama, often storing and handling semen for clients during breeding season. His own cattle operation includes registered Brahman and commercial Red Angus, selected with an emphasis on adaptability, maternal strength, and performance under real world conditions.

Bartlett is known for his commitment to low input, functional cattle and his willingness to challenge outdated industry norms. He brings a unique perspective to the Bos Sires network by bridging education, service, and firsthand experience.
