Oscar Jiménez Rojas is a third-generation cattle rancher with deep roots in land stewardship and livestock care. Growing up in his family's dairy operation, he developed a strong foundation in the cattle industry from an early age. In 2015, he launched his own productive project, marking the beginning of his journey into regenerative livestock production. His passion for sustainability and real-world experience led him to become an advisor in regenerative livestock systems, offering solutions that enhance profitability through grass-fed models.

With years of hands-on experience, Oscar now oversees his own cattle operation while also working as a consultant, guiding producers toward more sustainable and profitable livestock systems. In 2021, he took his commitment a step further by founding a consultancy dedicated to regenerative livestock practices. Additionally, he serves as a university professor at Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN), where he teaches the Tropical Soils course, further contributing to the industry through education.

For Oscar, the most rewarding aspect of his work is witnessing the transformation of production models into more environmentally friendly and sustainable systems. He takes great satisfaction in seeing soil recovery and being part of a positive change that not only benefits the planet but also enhances the profitability and quality of life for producers.

His deep connection to the land and livestock is not just professional but personal. His journey in regenerative farming stems from a lifelong passion for improving cattle operations while preserving the environment for future generations.
